Pros

I had great opportunities to work with many smart people from various departments and levels, and I had a good salary and benefit overall. I liked their safety culture. We started our meetings with a discussion about safety, which is a good idea for any industries. Especially on Friday, if you need to commute for a long distance, you are allowed to work from home and you are encouraged to use public transportation, as they place high value on environmental protection.

Cons

I think it is very unfortunate that they had to lay off so many good employees.
