Pros

Great company benefits - free entries to the Perth Zoo, Scitech, The Vines, gym membership discounts, private health insurance subsidy etc.

Cons

Management, in particular some middle management have lost the drive and passion for the company and the work they do in recent years after the cost cuts. Additionally, I feel some of them who may have performed well in their former technical roles who have been put into managerial roles do not perform as well and lack the people skills to lead their team well. As a result, the team suffers and also loses ambition and drive.
