The relatively small size of the business unit and its global reach makes it a good place to learn.

Cons

Headwinds are on the horizon with increasing competition and overall commodity slowdown. However, this business unit should fare better than the overall commodity sector.

Good benefits. Strong safety culture. Many exceptional employees. Good assets.

Cons

Outsourcing and reorganizing constantly. Weak implementation of strategy. Making poor short term decisions while claiming to have a long term view of industry and economy. Senior management making questionable ethical decisions in regards to vendor commitments and financial statement presentation.
