Pros

There are great, dedicated people who work for the company and are supportive to each other. There is a lot of work to be done, and a lot of hard working people doing that work.

Cons

The company has struggled in the current financial environment in their industry and has had to make difficult decisions that have affected some of the great people that work for the company and have made the working environment hard on the good people that are left.
