Pros

Good benefits, great mine and process plants, great people and very good programs. Interns and recent graduates are able to learn quickly and use this experience as a stepping stone to another company.

Cons

The previous reviews are correct. Onboarding is not good. Expats are destroying the culture and convincing Americans that this is leadership. This could be the worst work place in US mining. It is that bad. Non mining companies are able to hire the best employees, due to average base salaries. The last three CEO’s were let go. $39 Billion ALCAN acquisition was a disaster. Juukan Gorge incident will forever be remembered.

Pros

There is a pockets of Organisational with high performing, high integrity employees who are truly selfless. There are opportunities to work in multiple global locations. However these international opportunities are not for anyone but only for selected "elite" few.

Cons

Incompetent Leadership lacking integrity. Deceitful RTKC HR who only cares about the company image (not truth) and not their people. If you have a real concerning legitimate complaint, DO NOT raise through HR. Instead raise it though Speak Out ANONYMOUSLY.
