      Great entry pay being uneducated

      There is a lot of favoritism. If your boss doesn't like you, they won't assist with training or PTO. Concerns or ideas are dismissed. The company cuts costs on everything, running equipment to the point of failure and not using the AC, forcing you to work indoors in 90-degree temperatures.
