Pros

Great pay and benefits. Most people stay because of the benefits. Hard to beat the 401k matching, and bonuses at year end. Receive tuition reimbursement. Fantastic safety culture(see below).

Cons

Australian company, Australians tend to hold most upper management roles. Work load can become extreme depending on location. Layoffs. Training can be inadequate, lack of employee development. Safety culture that is becoming all-consuming.

Excellent salary and benefits, challenging projects, great employees and colleagues, safety taken very seriously, state of the art work, some lasting Friendships developed

Cons

Poor management, uncertain future, good old boys club, Favoritism, aloof management, not a learning organization and refuses to admit mistakes
