Pros

Faced paced work environment makes days go quickly; most managers and supervisors are supportive and make an effort to get to know their admins; strong sense of camaraderie among admins; good pay and benefits; nice work facilities

Cons

A handful of managers are not good at their jobs, but remain in their positions; no follow up on one reported incident of abuse from a manager

Pros

Good atmosphere Good pay Great benefits Friendly employees Guaranteed salary increases so long as you're working hard Great place to advance a career in management

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy, it can sometimes be difficult to figure out who to get in touch with regarding questions you may have about something. Can be hard to advance in your career in something other than management as they have entry-level positions that dead-end after only a couple advances. Very large company, you often don't know who anyone is above your direct supervisor.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, job location

Cons

no opportunity for growth or promotion, promotions and advancement are based on favoritism over competency
