Pros

Large scale, smart people, nice offices

Cons

Horrendous bullying and poor behaviour in Montreal offices and Singapore, passed off as ‘cultural norms’ . Large gap of female leadership. Meetings at all hours in global roles. Layoffs.

Pros

There is a lot of growth opportunity. There are many things to learn and increase knowledge base in a variety of fields. Pay and benefits are very good.

Cons

Fluid management structure and poor long term planning can be frustrating.
