      Excellent culture, though lately has been move to Australia centric culture. Highly interesting roles and career opportunities, if you are open to travel and/or relocation. Highly competitive pay structure

      Cons

      No work life balance, especially if you are not Australian based. Significant amount of travel and highly stressful

      Great Pay, Great Location. People are generally nice and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape because of upper management and corporate structure. A lot of he said/she said dynamic...easily changed when people just take the time to pick up the phone and talk to other departments!
