Pros

Good salary Long term workers are friendly and helpful Lots of challenging work

Cons

No support from direct supervision No career progression for long term employees. Management gives opportunities to a select few. A lot of jobs in middle management are not advertised internally. Management seems to have a hidden agenda and doesn't communicate things well.

Pros

Great orebodies, good cost structures and very talented technical professionals Salaries and conditions are ok but when you recruit and develop the best you shouldn't pay at the 66th percentile

Cons

Poisonous culture fostered by political gaming The world under Sam was pretty tough but it was performance based. Under J-S it is malevolent and deeply political
