      Benefits are competative, location is adequate

      Cons

      Systems are appalling taking twice as long to get anything done. People work in silos. More and more is being squeezed out of employees with little or no reward. Company culture is non-existent. They certainly would be found on any 'Best Company to Work For' listing.
