      Pros

      Interesting and engaging business environment. Very large company with locations throughout the world. When times are good you can do very well.

      Cons

      Currently in a down cycle and it's a very tough place to work. Jobs are being outsourced to low skilled and low paying countries, salary freezes, intense pressure on cost savings, layoffs. Many of the locations are in very remote environments and not desirable. Stress is at an all time high.
