culture in Singapore is very non-inclusive. if you are a white male from australia you will be fine, but if not you will enjoy a misogynistic nepotistic culture and a perception held by most white males in the company that they are being overlooked for undeserving diverse talent (even though there are no Singaporean’s in senior roles in Singapore and women are few )
A lot of talk about inclusion but who gets promoted and rewarded is bullies and/or people who are just good at self-promoting on yammer/power point. there is lots of bullying actually and people who undermine other colleagues to get ahead, especially in Singapore...not an enjoyable place to work
