-Excellent work life balance. Bosses generally flexible with what you do and suggest. -Best in class HR policy - when they say they support internal mobility and higher learning, they meant it. -Good overall pay structure.

Cons

-Too shareholder centric which is understandable given they are listed across multiple stock exchanges. Despite having the best performance in over 140 years of operation, the bonus was a measly 2 months. -Tall hierarchy. Too much politics at all.
