Big company with international opportunities and good benefits. Exciting projects as well as good support and training. Easy to agree with and live the company values.

Cons

Unwanted oversight from corporate can be annoying, costly and counter productive. Many opportunities seems to be reserved for certain individuals from core nationalities.
