Pros

Strong brand name, and interesting sector. Clear strategic directives on what the organization is trying to achieve. People are generally nice and you get to learn by rubbing shoulders with some of the best talents available in the market. The inherent nature of the business is integral to the modern world, and one can really see what the business is contributing to societies.

Cons

Changes are inevitable but it can be better communicated. A mammoth organization and folks often work in silos and work responsibilities are finely demarcated, sometimes inadvertently creating a culture where people don't go beyond what is common sense.
