Pros

Very challenging environment, great for developing your skills and exposing you to a lot. A lot of room to move laterally and to progress up the career ladder.

Cons

Pushes their people to their maximum, sometimes too far. Very demanding. Difficult to maintain good work/life balance.

Technical knowledge. Leader in its market. International environment. World class processes. Focus on EHS and Lean management. Rational and fact based decision making.

Cons

Focus on costs and short term benefits. Leaving and consequently desinvesting European sites and people. Increasingly unpleasant and stressful working atmosphere.
