Pros

Good position in Mongolia Oyu Tolgoi Project leading Mongolian nationals. Electrical construction on the on going upgrade to the mining facility.

Cons

Cold weather and bad food at camp. Little ability for after hours recreational and bad set out of camp facilities for long term stay for work purposes.

Operational Site, Great relationship, love the community, quality of life is high, fishing and camping is unreal, hockey programs are great, community spirit

Fatigue Culture, lack of transparency from leader, transformation cut to deep and has left the morale and confidence for the future fractured
