      Good Salary. Good Benefits. Seven on, seven off is great but not always seven off. Overtime is available in most supervisory positions.

      Cons

      Constant state of turmoil. Wrong people in wrong positions. High turnover in Manager and Superintendant positions. The incentive program leaves much to be desired.
