      Pros

      Good employees and morale around the teams, with safety always paramount - not a gimmick they actually do what they said with the safety of employees.

      Cons

      Extremely top-heavy and structured reporting structures makes a communication overburden and a lot of time lost. Reorganisation of the business let employees in the dark, saw a large reduction in productivity almost like a scare campaign.

      Only been there for one swing but quite impressed on average good helpful quality staff

      roster too short, just start swing and then u fly out
