Pros

Strong on career development and providing employees with the opportunity to get knowledge from across the business. Good company if want to work overseas.

Cons

There are many layers of management and some central service departs are silos of bureaucracy. Can be very slow at making simple decisions as the culture if very 'softly softly' when comes down to changing the status quo.

Pros

The Work is really exciting and adventurous. Good salary. Employee safety is of paramount importance.Read about the policies at the official website. You'll know much better about the company.

Cons

Lots of travelling that you'll get tired of it. The posting is usually in remote locations so forget the 21st century life style and start seeing man vs wild on nat geo. U have to be emotionally very strong to survive in the company.
