- Poor Leadership, toxic Culture. - Incompetent managers, too much ego - Feedback culture is a myth. What matters is your position in corporate ladder.

Pros

Great work conditions, nice people overall, not including upper managers.

Cons

Questionable management decisions regarding employees. Active encouragement of spying and doing only what is exactly commanded by your manager. Discouragement of creative thinking and doing things that help players. Literally no possibility of career advancement.

Pros

If you love LOL, you will love Riot. If you like autonomy, you will like Riot. Work can be interesting and challenging. Work Life Balance was fine. Some really smart people.

Cons

Some people who thought they were really smart. Cliques of people who succeed. Alpha Male thing going on quite a bit. Sexist and inappropriate behaviour not really dealt with. Too much autonomy. Managers not actually managing or supporting growth.
