Pros

The culture feels really welcoming. Frequent events and opportunities spice things up regularly. We get a lot of visibility into the future vision of the company. The campus is beautiful, and the on-site perks are second-to-none. People are contagiously excited. Whether or not you love games, there's a lot to get attached to here.

Cons

The layoffs early this year could have been better communicated. Central teams feel a bit siloed from game development teams given their duties don't often overlap. If you're invested, it can be easy to spend a lot of time working. Some fire drills took until past midnight.
