Pros

The developers are passionate and experienced. The perks are better than anywhere else. Great work/life balance!

Cons

Riot stifles and undervalues creative individuals, allowing non-creative business roles to dominate and make uninformed decisions. Inexperienced producers and managers without game industry background have been hired, creating a problematic work environment for developers.
