Pros

Clothing allowance Chill environment and customers (Usually) great casual staff Discount is really good - you also get a discount at kathmandu

Cons

Managers with little training I was barely trained for my role and they expected perfection Store managers get quarterly bonuses while assistant store managers don’t (and work just as hard) Little design input in visual merchandising Roster is based on likability rather than performance. Hires employees based on appearance and ‘personality’ rather than skill and experience. Upper management and HR don’t care about you Doesn’t pay contracted employees public holiday rates Unfair expectations of store

Great culture. Everyone is 'chill' as per company value. A lot of initiative can be taken by retail workers.
