Pros

Great discounts, everyone in the store is like a family and really chill environment most of the times.

Cons

Kinda of discriminatory, immigrants and people with color are not very welcome. It’s minimum wage and you end up doing bunch of things that you’re not being paid to do. Management above the store manager sucks, there’s not communication within, it’s a really sexist company, everything is just for mens. Really unfair decisions, it doesn’t matter how much experience you have, it’s really hard to be promoted.
