      Pros

      Working in the surf culture industry and being close to famous surf spot Trestles. Getting first dibs on discounted surf gear is a major plus and mostly friendly work environment.

      Cons

      The pay there was not so good. Over all work environment was sub par and a bit messy in the back room when receiving shipment boxes.

      Pros

      Good, like minded, hard working co-workers.

      Cons

      Large chasm between management and entry level employees. Not sure how they compel workers to continue to put out maximum effort for little or no reward. The mantras of "promotion from within" are used as the carrot to keep people in line. Little or no room for creative input until you are middle management or above. Endless stream of potential applicants looking to live the dream, they have no problem replacing entry level employees that aren't towing the company line.

      Pros

      Great product,and industry leader. Many in the work force seemed to love the industry and wanted to make sure the company improved.

      Cons

      Clear that senior management came to work every day for a paycheck. There was no real commitment to the industry, nor to assuring long term success. Too much Bro.
