Pros

Flexible work in a supportive environment. Truly brilliant people. Women-owned small business. Room to grow if you want to. All good ideas are considered and appreciated. Leadership is committed to quality and doing the right things well.

Cons

RE is well-established but also growing quickly, so adaptability and willingness to participate in creating and testing new processes is a must. This isn’t a job for someone who wants to be micromanaged or do the same thing, the same way every day.

Pros

Promote learning across functions for those looking to learn.

Cons

Hours can be long for a full-time student. Certainly manageable though.
