      Pros

      Value their employees. Understand the need to have a balance between family and work. Provide recognition on a daily basis and at all levels! They are responsive to and timely with feedback. Ensure regular, pertinent and transparent communication from top to bottom. Place great effort in making the work environment better on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. Co-workers are empathetic professionals that do there best to assist and troubleshoot for you.

      Cons

      No organization is perfect, but I find it hard to identify the cons of working in this organization. I can honestly say I have nothing negative to say.

      Pros

      Ripple Effect is a company that exemplifies its values of innovation, intelligence, initiative, and impact. The people I work with here are smart, capable and caring. It's a great environment to learn and grow in and a place where there are always new challenges. It's also great to be mentored by strong women in senior leadership!

      Cons

      Ripple focuses a lot on technology and optimizing processes. If you don't like trying out new software or continuously improving, it's not the place for you! This isn't really a con, but it definitely could be something that not everyone is looking for.

      Ripple Effect offers unique and innovative technology solutions to our clients - and it only stands to reason that we model this in our internal practices. We have to agree that loving all things techie and being comfortable using new and different software platforms is a must for Future Ripplers. We're always looking to improve and challenge the status quo. Receiving and giving direct "BLUF" (bottom-line up front) feedback is in our culture and the secret sauce that helps us continuously improve each day.
