Great Product, Awful Place to Work

Pros

They're pretty bad at understanding the market, so you can increase your salary by a lot, especially if you come from blue chip companies or prestigious universities. There's a lot of smart people that work there. The product is really good.

Cons

There's ZERO work/life balance They will retaliate and fire you if you are insubordinate The benefits are expensive (which is funny given the product) They have monthly KPIs and if you don't hit them, they will fire you, even if you take a vacation Everyone there is fake happy. It's this really weird rah rah feeling when everyone is together with an underlying depression attached The nepotism and favoritism is blatant. This is the 4th time I've written a review, and the other 3 were taken down. Management asked us to write good reviews when I was there because of all the bad reviews. They really care about this stuff. It's just a really bad place to work, so be prepared. Accept the money and the stock, but understand that they will fire you for very, very little and work you to the bone. They were anti DEI well before Trump got in office. I guess you can say they're ahead of the curve!

Pros

Absolutely none!!!! This was, hands down, one of the most exhausting and demoralizing jobs I’ve ever had. Right from the 1st day, it was obvious that employees weren’t respected or valued. And don’t be fooled by the positive reviews!

Cons

The workload is completely unmanageable, bordering on abusive. Projects are piled on with no regard for capacity, planning, or impact. Managers are unqualified, disconnected, and incapable of providing even the most basic level of direction. There’s no feedback, no coaching, and no interest in your growth. When problems inevitably arise — often due to broken systems or internal dysfunction — they throw you under the bus rather than taking accountability. Leadership’s only consistency is in its failure to lead. No amount of effort is ever enough. You can bleed for this place — sacrifice your time, health, and well-being — and you’ll be met with cold indifference, or worse, manufactured write-ups meant to force you out.
