Pros

If you're looking for a place to "rest n vest", yeah Rippling is not the place for you. A life changing opportunity with one of the fastest growing companies in the world. Executive Leadership is 100% honest where the company stands at all times, transparency is always evident in all hands and internal meetings. Vision is clear and you leave feeling confident in the direction of the org. Product is top in the market, lots of modules/product offerings allow for multiple verticals for the sales team. Marketing generates tons of pipeline for reps so little to no prospecting. Challenging environment with tons of enablements, training, manager/director/vp support. Cross functional work opportunities with India, remote workers throughout United States/World. Leadership has done it before, and has learned from various mistakes, not perfect by any means but honest transparent conversations about personal, department; and organizational growth and goals are always communicated to employees IMO. If you're looking for a company to challenge yourself, work towards lofty goals and have a healthy amount of competition, I don't think there are many companies like Rippling out there..

Cons

Not a huge con but would love if employees received some more swag. Work/Life balance is constantly in fluctuation, with large goals come long work hours, however over the last several months the company has done a better job at hiring folks in roles that were extremely understaffed prior. Can do a better job with diversity in certain departments(sales) but has dramatically increased their D&I investments in last 12+ months. Extremely evident in hiring practices/procedures.
