      Great team and culture

      Pros

      - There's a strong engineering culture. Engineers get a level of visibility and decision-making that's unparalleled in a company this size. There's an incredibly high number of former CTOs and founders on the team. Tons of great people to learn from. - The company has a clear strategic vision and great product. - Lots of career opportunities as the company is growing quickly, and people are taking on new roles and founding new product lines.

      Cons

      - Timezone differences are hard on the India team. Most team meetings and company all-hands are in the mornings for US and evenings for India.

      Pros

      Great pay and massive financial upside as company is growing at breathtaking pace. Bangalore office is treated on par with US office and work here is as challenging or even more than in US office. Company has true remote culture which allows for Bangalore office to bee treated on par with SF.

      Cons

      Not your bleeding edge big data company. Its a b2b startup and the problems tackled here are very different from the problems the likes of Google, FB would have. So, only join if you are not expecting regular 2018 big data problems
