Pros

-nice office... that is it

Cons

Where do I start? just trust me, unless you want to derail your career don't work here. For an HR company they don't do a very good job when it comes to protecting employees. -any good review is most likely hr trying to cushion all the bad reviews. -management is utterly useless. They just make themselves look busy and important but do nothing. -crazy metrics and quick changes that aren't fully thought out

Pros

Scope of work was wide, work can be meaningful

Cons

Blame culture with peers that undermine each other, especially as new experienced talent is hired which incumbents find threatening. As a result, Rippling is a cut-throat culture where backstabbing is just part of how things get done. Combine that with impossible-by-design workloads and product leaders that gatekeep their connection to Parker and other senior leaders, and its a workplace that is challenging to succeed in. Not for the faint of heart but if you enjoy politics as much as your day job, then this might be for you.

Pros

• Ownership and autonomy: You’re trusted to take on meaningful work and make decisions that directly impact the business. • Smart, motivated teammates: You get to collaborate with incredibly sharp people who push you to grow and think bigger. • Strong business fundamentals: Rippling’s product and business model are solid, which creates a sense of confidence and stability even as the company scales. • Startup energy at scale: Despite being 5,000 people, the company still moves with startup speed and creativity. • Learning and growth: You’re constantly challenged to use first principles thinking and solve new problems, which makes every year feel different from the last.

Cons

• Fast-paced and demanding: Expectations are high, and things change quickly. It can be intense at times, but it’s also what drives growth and impact. • Less structure: There isn’t a lot of traditional middle management or hand-holding. If you need very defined processes or constant direction, this may feel uncomfortable. • Work-life balance varies: During busy periods, it can feel like a sprint. The upside is that you’re surrounded by passionate people who care deeply about what they’re building. • Benefits costs are high
