Pros
Not many pros. They let us eat the leftovers from the meetings they have with clients. The office is quiet.
Cons
They say they have "flex hours" but still expect you to work in the office 5 days a week. The culture is pretty much non-existent. Mostly older Armed Forces in upper management so better not stand out. Fit in and follow orders. If this place was a color it would be beige. If you need a paycheck then it's fine but don't expect much.
