Pros

flexible with pay if you have experience i started with 13 per hour. no manager watches over you. your manager will most likely work at a completely different store they might pop in from time to time.

Cons

Stand up all day or walk around all day. this is not real AP. you are more like a door guard who can stop shoplifters. there is no real way to investigate employee theft. you have one monitor at the door that stands on a podium that u have to watch. most of the time you cant even see whats happening because the cameras are so outdated and old. i was never trained. i shadowed someone for a week that didn't know how to train then its on your own.
