Pros

You work by yourself and are in charge of bringing the shrink down to the store's goal. I was able to create my own schedule but fri and sat are a must. Usually a lot of action in the afternoon and night. I enjoyed working there.

Cons

You are limited to equipment and arent up to date with technology as far as with cameras. Sometimes it can be dangerous when trying to apprehend dangerous subjects.

Pros

No experience necessary and you are basically responsible for an entire store with little supervision
