Pros

decent benefits, 20% discount, many locations

Cons

lack of properly trained staff, not enough help hours, upper mgmt. does not care about employees opinions - only if goals are met, constant new programs w/ little to no training, additional responsibilities but no extra help, no raise in 3 years, always overwhelmed by amount of things needing completed

Very good company to work for. Excellent Top Management with very good vision and understanding of changing Health care industry.

Cons

Poor middle level management with no understanding/knowledge of management and principles of motivation. Poor understanding of operational issues and poor training to them.
