Pros

Health Care is average for a health care company.

Cons

Managers are pushed to the limits, average work week tends to reach 60-70 hrs. Holidays are non existent. DM's are manipulative.

Pros

The regular customers you see day to day.

Cons

You can't get planos/resets/freshness/recalls/portal tasks/pulls/damages/stocking/zero count/sale signs/and God forbid if you have a truck day with only two people on shift because payroll doesn't want to give your store the hours and make the customer happy.Upper management seems to look down on store level employees and only see their bottom line. None of us even have time to take a proper lunch break..
