Pros

Pay is good. One can meet there Max pay in about 2 years or so and it's about 16 bucks an hour I believe maybe more. Ill find out soon. Been there for almost a year and I'm already got $1.20 raise and benefits are good too.

Cons

Just the usual stuff that comes with working in retail. Annoying customers . But if you can deal with it I recommend starting here at rite aid.

Pros

*The work is easy *The people you work with are the best part of the job *The high turnover rate means you get to meet lots of new people!

Cons

*Only about a 2% raise ONCE A YEAR *No control over hours *Corporate does't give a flying crap about you *Forced to be open on holidays even with the Pharmacy *Forced to stay in the store during natural disasters, hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding , etc. Even when the power is out. If you leave you are fired.

Cons

Open 265 days/year, including every holiday. Mid to low pay. Customers. Upper management has no connection to working inside a store.
