Horrid Management

Pros

Pay - you can negotiate your pay and ask for more money. That's the only reason to work for this company

Cons

Terrible management. They told us at a manager meeting to hire only part time, fully available people. that paying them minimum wage and having them quit after 1-2 years was cheaper than paying them a full time living wage. Getting a sick day is next to impossible.
