Pros

Good compensation, No other pros

Cons

Overworked, expected to do outside flu shot clinics to reach vaccine goal. Too many metrics to keep track of, never enough help hours

Pros

They are always hiring due to such high turnover and supervisor, assistant manager, and manager positions are frequently open, again due to high turnover, so the chances of being able to get into one of those positions when it comes available is high. Some of the other employees there were great people.

Cons

They expect the store to be your ENTIRE life, good employees are ran into the ground, expected to work over 8 hour shifts and over five days in a row regularly, employees are always calling in last minute so good employees are called in to work on their days off, or asked to work double shifts constantly, poor support from upper management, horrible company policies, upper management has insanely high expectations but doesn't help make sure your given the tools to succeed

Pros

Flexible and they will take whatever they can get, low standards hard to get fired, easy to start, they at least pretend to care and hold your hand while they throw you under the bus

Cons

High staff turnaround because they do not offer anything to keep the ones who work hard and build the company every day. They hire new employees regularly with no real training and keep a perpetually Inexperienced staff or underplayed and unhappy staff. Lower wages leads to the staffing problems and Upper management keeps important information from employees No appreciation for employees
