Poorly run company

Pros

Rite Aid is trying to make some positive steps with the wellness program, as well as some other promotions such as the 15 min prescription.

Cons

Overall I feel that the company is poorly run. Yes, they are trying to turn things around, but things are so tight that their decisions will ultimately affect customer service. Rite Aid has lots of stupid policies such as not being able to give it's good employees a raise, but yet can hire someone from a competitor and pay them more than a long time employee.

Pros

The only good reason to work at Rite Aid is he fact that it is a nationally know corporation. It has a big name. That's it.

Cons

The low-mid level management are not good. They are, for the most part, unprofessional and uninterested. They need to step up their game!
