Pros

Good money. Good benefits. Some flexibility in the way we are allowed to run our stores. Able to work close to home.

Cons

Only annual raises if lucky. Hourly associates are only eligible once a year. McDonald's gives more raises than that. Company spends lots of money on schemes like the Game of Life, when they could give employees a raise instead. Salaried managers are based on 50 hours.

Pros

Set hours , vacations covered , the employees and customers. These are the reasons I stay. Good rapore with the Store Manager and staff.

Cons

No support what so ever from mid and upper level managment. conversations on confence calls are only one way, no "push back" allowed. No recognition of a job well done, not enough ancellary hours to actually give the customer service they preach about.

Pros

Autonomy to make some business decisions. The store has the atmosphere that you make, Lots of customer interaction and local community. The company is moving in the right direction with systems upgrades and processes that are long overdue.

Cons

There is a huge lack of communication company wide. You often don't know you were supposed to implement something until after the fact. There does not seem to be quality control for promotions.
