Pros

Being part time it is a fairly laid back place to work. Also being a drugstore means you see your customers on a regular basis, which is nice over no named faces. At the bottom level, your experience will mostly be good or bad dependent on your manager. Generally the schedule is pretty flexible and accommodating.

Cons

It can be mundane at times. Expect to do jobs around the store which are boring and not enjoyable at times. If you do a good job on them, you end up doing them a lot less, so you make your own misery in the end.

Pros

Want to become a pharmacist, going to pharmacy school, i started at good pay, near my house, very knowledgeable staff, real people with real lives as opposed to fast food managers who, on a whole, have no social life, down to earth people, very professional working environment.

Cons

honestly the only con to this job is that you cant get away with anything if u consider that a con, and maybe the fact that your on your feet the whole day.

Pros

I made a number of good friends while working there. Within the departments people worked well together, but work between departments wasn't as efficient.

Cons

It wasn't the best atmosphere to work in, there were a number of unhappy people. I think they were below the average pay levels.
