Pros

Supervisor values time off when requested and does the best he can handling mutiple vacation request or emergency request. I have not had any issues getting time off in short instances. I feel like the company values my opinons however they do not utilize feedback generated from the field despite what upper management claims.

Cons

Staffing issues. Techs are paid minimal for the services they provide. A result of this is constant turn over and underqualfied or inexperienced techs. Once time has been utilized to provide better training and experience is gained, most employees move to a competitor for increased pay

Pros

The location and proximity to my home is one reason. Other reasons are this: getting to know your customers as most people are regulars and by getting to know their names helps their health. The software for dispensing is easy and user friendly. Salary and benefits are compareable to others in the field.

Cons

Mid level management is poor to bad at the levels above store management. The lack of hours for the technicians is insufficient for the number of prescriptions filled. There is too much gossip in some stores. What bugs me the most is the way infomation is dissemenated and by keeping people out of the loop. These are just a few reasons.

Pros

The customers! The ability to give customers a clean, friendly and comforting place to shop. Of course like any company were there to make money, were over worked and under paied but were there for the love of the job and being able to help people in time of need. personally i enjoy being able to go home every day and know that i was able to help someone, even if it were to help an elderely citizen to there car, help calm a child while the parent shops or help save someone money when they have little to spend. So with me and my rite aid its personal.

Cons

lack of help to do the things we are there to do and things that we have to accomplish.
