Pros

I loved working at Rite Aid and had a lot of pride working there... new job I hate it! Nexgen is the best system. Its an efficient system that allows me to get prescriptions filled fast for my patients. CVS system makes you search where all your prescriptions are located once you bill or type them. Rite Aid's pharmacy system allows you to stay on the patient rx until done. Our registers are simple. CVS was known to have a line out the door. Rite Aid's efficient system allowed us to get the patients in and out of our pharmacy fast.

Cons

Of course, the company went down due to poor management and PAYING JEFFREY e. STEIN 20 million dollar bonus to "get us out of bankruptcy" and $300,000 a month... wonder why we didn't make it the 2nd bankruptcy..
