Pros

Getting along with co workers, meeting new people at the end of the day it was a job not much to say

Cons

Don't recognize hard work, even though your outperforming some other workers they will still get more hours than you just because they have been there longer than you.

Pros

Given the recent headlines, I don't think anyone could come up with a list of pros for working at Rite Aid.

Cons

Too many levels of management to go through to ever get credit for your ideas and work. If you have RPh or PharmD behind your name the opportunities are endless, if not, you'll rarely get promoted.
