Pros

Good pay, hmm not much else. Your team is either for you or against you.

Cons

Poor staffing, DM micro manages to the extreme. Expectations are un realistic for the budget hours per week. Company turnover is high...hmm I wonder why?! Good pay until you life has no life. Customer service is horrible do from poor staffing.

Pros

My Pharmacists and co-workers were always a pleasure to work with. We always worked as a team and it helped a lot with the busy days we had to concur together.

Cons

Extremely busy store with little help because of technician hours always being cut by the corporate. Had to work shifts alone often, therefore, running register, drive-thru, answering the phone, helping customers, entering prescriptions, filling prescriptions, vaccine preparation, and other duties was often stressful and exhausting. It has helped me become great at multitasking.

Pros

There is no good words to say. You should not work for Rite Aid. 50% of the stores will close If the Walgreens take over happens.

Cons

Poor upper management leadership. Give stores no payroll to run their stores. Moral in the stores is very bad due to the Walgreens Take over.
