Pros

The ONLY pro are the people I work with at the store.

Cons

Upper management will come to do their regular walk through of the store, do not speak to associates and will criticize all that is bad. Never a positive word or initiative. And now with the Walgreen's merger they are completely reducing annual raises to barely anything.

Pros

Clean, safe, healthy work style. Rite Aid Really does care about people. Training is good.

Cons

Problems don't get solved, they get closed. Pharmacy is more concerned about speed and number filled than they are about happy employees and customers. Our manager is rude, hateful, and very unprofessional.
